OATS.

Oats originated in Europe. The nutrients in oats for 3.5 servings is 18 grams of protein, 11 grams of fiber, Bg vitamins that are important in pregnant women, Iron that promotes carrying of oxegen to blood cells, and magnesium that is good for cells. A recipe using oats is a great breakfast called oatmeal. To cook oatmeal they need to be soaked and boiled.
